Pour les charnieres, j'utilise le scotch (le crystal) pour de petits avions comme le Troll. Mais pour des avions un peu plus rapides ou gros, j'utilise de la disquette de PC dont on a plus besoin.
Il faut ouvrir la disquette, sortir le disque marron y decouper un rectangle de environ 1 par 3 cm, on fait une incision au cuteur dans l'epaisseur du depron, on enduit la moitié de la charniere avec de la "Résist à tout" de Pattex on enfile la partie a coller dans la fente.
On fait la même chose pour toutes les charnieres, pour mon Catstick il y a 5 charnieres sur le stab et 4 par aileron. On laisse secher une heure et on fait la même chose pour la partie mobile.
On a ainsi des charnieres bon marchées, remarquablement souples, qui tiennent dans le temps et inarrachables.

Pour les servos, je decoupe un rectangle de environ 36 par 26 mm dans du CTP de 0.6 dans lequel je decoupe le passage du servo (le rectangle decoupé sert pour faire des guignols) je colle le CTP à la colle blanche rapide et j'utilise les vis fournis pour fixer le servo. Tous mes servos son facilement et rapidement demontables.

Je glisse des petits morceaux de durit (en silicone, je crois) entre le couple moteur est le croix de fixation du moteur. De petits morceaux en bas (1 à 2 mm) et des plus grands en haut (2 à 3 mm) et encore plus grand à gauche (4 à 6 mm). En serrant les vis, la durit s'écrase et laisse une marge de réglage confortable.

De plus l'effet "silent-bloc" est appréciable

Limiter les jeux dans les guignols :

tu enduit ta CAP (et uniquement la CAP) d'huile, tu la remets en place dans le guignol et tu mets sur ce dernier de la cyano gel et tu laisse sécher...

l'huile va empêcher la cyano de bloquer la CAP dans le guignol mais va combler le jeu potentiel à ce niveau, à toi de voir s'il n'y a pas de jeu ailleurs

To program this controller you have to move transmitter throttle to full position.
Now connect battery to controller.
Wait some seconds, than you hear:
*peep* - *short pause* - *peep*
*pause*
*peep*peep* - *short pause* -*peep*peep*
*pause*
*peep*peep*peep* - *short pause* -*peep*peep*peep*
*pause*
this sequence will repeat...

When you want to use NIHM cells, you have to move throttle to off position when you hear the first *beep*beep*. Than you have to wait for a longer *beeep* and a short *beep*. That's all. You can disconnect battery now.

When you want to select LIPO mode, start from the beginning (throttle full, connect battery, listen to the beeps)
At the time when you hear the first single *beep* move throttle to off and wait for
*beeep* and *beep*.

When you want to switch Brake On or Off, start from the beginning, then wait for the first *peep*peep*peep* within one sequence and put throttle to off. Wait for *beeep* and *beep*.

Note: When you connect battery and throttle is in off position you will hear a long *beeeep* when LIPO-mode ist selected or a short *beep* when NIMH-mode is active.
